Start seqclust in order to access office data

In order to access the HG38 production data hosted on the office network, the seqclust cluster must be running first. It must be manually started after poweroff of the machines which host it.

You can check the current status of seqclust here. There should be three entries - seqclust0, seqclust1 and seqclust2. If any are missing, or the page doesn’t load at all, you must start seqclust via the following steps:

1. Install prerequisites: ansible and sshpass.

2. Clone the seqpipe-infrastructure repository (lives in the seqpipe organization).

3. Follow the “Start seqclust” instructions.
